Toni Whitfield, IL E 2010, is among the first recipients of the Illinois Department of Transportation’s Civil Engineer Scholarship Program scholarships.
Recipients will be offered tuition assistance for the upcoming spring 2009 semester. The scholarship program is for Illinois residents who are admitted to or enrolled full-time at select Illinois colleges and universities in a curriculum leading towards a degree in civil engineering.
