Allan J. McDonald, MT A ’59, has written a book about the circumstances surrounding the Challenger disaster, as the rocket engineer who refused to sign off of on the space shuttle Challenger launch.
“Truth, Lies and O-rings: Inside the Space Shuttle Disaster” is the title of McDonald’s new book. He will be signing copies of his book May 8, at his alma mater, Montana State University.
