University of Minnesota Duluth’s New Civil Engineering Program

The anticipation of the University of Minnesota Duluth’s new civil engineering program has reached a cutoff, literally.

The new civil engineering program had to stop admitting new students. Lots of the excitement around the new program comes from the new building set to be complete by the end of 2009.

Andrea J. Schokker, MO G ’93, is the head of the civil engineering program and is equally excited about the prospects of the new program, “You get to be part of something new, which is why I came here,” said Schokker.
