Contracting Cyberwarfare in the United States

A recent article in The New York Times details the increasingly urgent push by the U.S. government into cyberwarfare.

Military companies are vying for the billions of dollars in defense contracts and attracting top young talent. Dubbed “hacker soldiers,” engineers must find weaknesses in U.S. and other countries’ computer systems to develop software to exploit or seal off networks from potential hackers.
