Mark L. Polansky will command the STS-127 and Douglas G. Hurley, LA B ’88, will be the mission’s pilot.

University of Maine professor Darrell Donahue, Ph.D., NC A ’87, recently received The Distinguished Service Award of the Order of the Arrow — Boy Scouts of America.
The award is presented to those who have rendered outstanding service to the Order of the Arrow. Less than 750 Distinguished Service Awards have been presented since the inception of the honor in 1940.
