The 2009-2010 class of White House Fellows has been announced. The selection process is highly competitive and only 15 appointments were made to this year’s class.
The Program was created in 1964 by President Lyndon B. Johnson to give promising American leaders ‘first hand, high-level experience with the working of the Federal government, and to increase their sense of participation in national affairs.’
Tau Bate Zheng Huang, CA G ’99, was named as a 2009-2010 White House Fellow. Huang formerly worked with Intel, forming successful partnerships in the area of intellectual property.
Huang is currently a co-founder of Business Connect China, “a provider of expert consultation, market intelligence, advisory services, and investments for the China market.”
