Each year at Georgia Tech, the Tau Beta Pi Cup is awarded to the “top Georgia Tech engineering undergraduate who has demonstrated academic excellence, leadership, and service to the field and the Institute, and who has shown potential for continuing growth.” Many consider this award to be the highest honor for an engineering student at Georgia Tech.
The Tau Beta Pi Cup “was funded through a generous endowment from Dr. Narl Davidson, GA A ’63, faculty ombudsman and professor emeritus of Mechanical Engineering, and his brothers in memory of their parents.”
This year’s winner is Alina Staskevicius. Read the article from Georgia Tech for more information.
