Dr. Achille Messac

Dr. Achille Messac, MA B ’80, has been named the new chair of Syracuse University’s L.C. Smith College of Engineering and Computer Science.

Dr. Messac was previously a professor at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where he served for a year as the acting department chair.
