Twenty students from the Autonomous University of Chihuahua (Mexico) will join the New Mexico State University’s aerospace program.

NMSU is giving all twenty students in-state tuition and hopes the students will stay in New Mexico and become the first generation of Mexican aerospace engineers.

The Chronicle of Higher Education recently profiled the efforts of a computer science professor to start the first global research university in Morocco, his home country.
