The momentum is building for the first ever USA Science & Engineering Festival. The culmination of the festival will be a two-day Expo on the National Mall (Oct. 23-24).
The White House recently mentioned the Festival in a press release. Tau Beta Pi will be hosting a booth at the Expo. Volunteers from DC Alpha, Maryland Beta, and Maryland Delta chapters of Tau Beta Pi will interact with attendees.
The booth activity, entitled Expanding Your MindSET, will teach how to make a lie detector and test truth statements with a circuit board.
