Engineering FYI, Part II: January 2011

The Illinois Beta Chapter of Tau Beta Pi, at the Illinois Institute of Technology, will be host to the “Effective Presentation Skills” workshop, part of Tau Beta Pi’s Engineering Future’s program.

SAE International has announced that Robert M. Ferer, MI H ’90, is the winner of the Bill Agnew Award for Outstanding AWIM Volunteers.

Ferer is a program engineering manager, Full Size Truck Program Management, at General Motors. He was recognized for his support of the A World In Motion (AWIM). He will receive his award on February 15th at the SAE Detroit Section Meeting. Read the full press release
