This past Friday, George Bugliarello passed away at the age of 83. Dr. Bugliarello, NY R ’51, was president of the Polytechnic Institute of New York from 1973 to 1994.

Dr. John F. Carney III

In January, Dr. John F. Carney III, (CT B ’63) chancellor of Missouri University of Science and Technology, announced his plans to step down from his position in August of 2011. Dr. Carney has served as chancellor of Missouri S&T since 2005.
