The American Society for Engineering Education (ASEE) has announced that beginning May 1, Dr. Norman Fortenberry will begin as the new Executive Director.

Dr. John W. Sutherland, IL A ’81, has received the 2011 SAE International John Connor Environmental Award.
Dr. Sutherland is a professor and Head of Environmental and Ecological Engineering at Purdue University. The SAE Connor Award “recognizes the accomplishments of an individual to promote the environmental vision of SAE International within and outside the Society.” Read the full press release
