Brittany Bruder, NY A 2009, is pursuing her Ph.D. in civil engineering with research plans related to tidal streams as a renewable energy source.
Stephanie Smallegan, GA A 2012, is also majoring in civil engineering as she works on her graduate degree.

The New Jersey Institute of Technology has announced that the chair of NJIT’s Department of Engineering, Ronald H. Rockland, Ph.D. (NY E ’67), has been named a Fellow of the American Society of Engineering Education (ASEE).
Dr. Rockland also serves as the Chief Advisor to the New Jersey Gamma Chapter of Tau Beta Pi at NJIT.
