Leaders On the Move: June 2011

In May, the Board of Regents at Montana Tech of The University of Montana approved Donald M. Blackketter, WY A ’87, as the new chancellor to begin on June 27th.

Mark E. Shelton, MO B ’85, has been named the new district engineer over the 25-county region of the Missouri Highways and Transportation Department.

A MoDOT veteran for more than 25 years, Shelton has served as district engineer in the southeast since 2005. Click here to read the article from the Houston Herald (MO)

After serving as interim provost since October 2010, P. Barry Butler, IA B ’79, was recently appointed as provost and executive vice president of The University of Iowa.
