The National Academy of Engineering (NAE) has announced that Dr. Ronald M. Latanision, PA B ’64, is the new editor-in-chief of The Bridge.

Currently, Dr. Latanision is corporate vice president at Exponent. He replaces George Bugliarello (NY R ’51), who passed away in February. Click here for the press release

Nancy and Daniel H. Zivney, TX D ’73, have established a scholarship in perpetuity at Texas A&M University. The scholarship will be awarded to a freshman chemical engineering student at A&M.

Zivney, who retired in 2009 from ExxonMobil Corp., had his gift matched by the ExxonMobil Foundation. For more information, read the news release

Anthony Stone, AL A ’83, has been awarded the 2011 Outstanding Materials Engineering Alumnus by the Auburn University Samuel Ginn College of Engineering.
