The nonprofit DIGIVATIONS Institute has received a mini-grant from NASA to offer three workshops this month in Point Roberts, WA, for K-12 students interested in STEM subjects.
Steve L. Berman, NJ B ’80, and his wife Anne are the co-founders of DIGIVATIONS, which “emphasizes combining the arts and creative thinking with STEM instruction.” Click here to read more about the workshops and the NASA-themed science, technology, engineering, and math topics.

Governor Peter Shumlin of Vermont announced this week a new incentive “to attract young employees to the state in the fields of engineering, science, and technology.”
Recent college graduates in the STEM fields are eligible to receive $1,500 a year for up to five years. Read the article here
