In a recent news release, the University of Massachusetts announced several grants to faculty members from the President’s Science and Technology Initiatives Fund “to support six promising research projects.” Topics of the research projects include: robotics, biostatistics, marine renewable energy, and more.

The Sea Coast Online recently published a letter from Patrick F. Abrami, NY N ’72, announcing his intentions to run for re-election to the State of New Hampshire House of Representatives. Abrami will seek re-election for the newly formed District 19 (Stratham).

Abrami is partner and owner of Applied Management Systems, a health care operations consulting firm, and has bachelor’s and master’s degrees in engineering from the University of Buffalo. Click here to read the letter
