Kettering University has announced a series of grants to be delivered over the next three years by the Charles Stewart Mott Foundation. “The contribution represents the largest gift ever to the university in its 93-year history.” Among the uses of the grants will be a new laboratory space for chemical engineering, a “FIRST Community Center” to be used for programs including area K-12 students in the FIRST Robotics program, and to increase student enrollment.
