In a news article from the University of Wyoming (UW), the demand for petroleum engineers was highlighted and two students were profiled.

Everett N. Koelling, WY A 2011, is a recent petroleum engineering graduate that now works for EOG Resources. Brad Brinkerhoff comes from a family of oil and gas industry workers. He is currently a senior petroleum engineering student that has been elected to join Tau Beta Pi. Here is what he had to say about the UW petroleum engineering program:

“The UW petroleum engineering course work is a challenging and is a rigorous undergraduate program,” said Brinkerhoff. “These challenges have helped shape me into the young engineer I’ve wanted to become, while giving me the confidence and assurance that I will be a great engineer in the future.”
