The 4th Annual Tau Beta Pi Rube Goldberg Competition will take place on Saturday, March 1. The California Epsilon Chapter at UCLA is the host of this popular competition. The theme for this year is “Movies!” The maximum number of teams have already registered. The Tulane University School of Science and Engineering highlighted a recent visit from Tau Beta Pi Executive Director Curtis Gomulinski, MI E ’01. During his visit to the Louisiana Beta Chapter, Gomulinski met with the student leaders and faculty advisor. Pictured below (left to right): Cedric F. Walker, Ph.D. (LA B ’72); Gomulinski; Liam P. The Wisconsin Alpha Chapter of Tau Beta Pi, at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, will host the 15th annual Pi Mile Run on April 12, 2014. All proceeds from this event will go to OccuPaws, which “places fully trained guide dogs with Midwest residents who have visual impairments at no charge.” For more information and to register for the 5k and 10k run, click here
