Spring Initiations of the Association

It was a busy weekend of activities for Tau Beta Pi chapters across the country. The University of Arkansas Chapter of Tau Beta Pi celebrated its 100-yr anniversary with Executive Director Curt Gomulinski, MI E ’01, on hand for the ceremony.

Here is a video of Matthew A. Morrison, Ph.D. (FL G 2014), and his flat casting bent, which he polished before his initiation this past weekend at the University of South Florida. Dr. Morrison joined Tau Beta Pi at the Florida Gamma chapter as a graduate student in computer engineering.

The New York Kappa Chapter of Tau Beta Pi, at the University of Rochester, held its spring initiation this past weekend. There were five initiates, including two juniors, two seniors, and an eminent engineer. All can be seen in the picture below. They are (from left to right): Molly Tsai, NY K 2015; Monica R.
