The National Academy of Inventors (NAI) has named 170 distinguished innovators to NAI Fellow status as part of the 2014 class of NAI Fellows. “Election to NAI Fellow status is a high professional distinction accorded to academic inventors who have demonstrated a highly prolific spirit of innovation in creating or facilitating outstanding inventions that have made a tangible impact on quality of life, economic development, and the welfare of society. The NAI Fellows will be inducted on March 20, 2015, as part of the 4th Annual Conference of the National Academy of Inventors at the California Institute of Technology in Pasadena.” Several of the 2014 NAI Fellows are Tau Bates.
