A group of students from the Michigan Theta Chapter of Tau Beta Pi, at Oakland University (OU), recently attended the North American International Auto Show in Detroit “to network and learn about the latest vehicles on the market.” In an article on the OU website, MI Theta Chapter president Abedin Sherifi, MI Q 2015, spoke about the experience.

“The experience was great,” Sherifi said. “It was really good to have members from different backgrounds to come together and discuss and give their opinion on the new models. It was also fun just being there as a group. TBP is a very exciting engineering honor society that those who join really benefit from it in a lot of ways.”
