There are several alumni gatherings of Tau Beta Pi members scheduled to take place in the coming weeks. You can find the calendar with a list of all events here. A reminder that these events are open to all Tau Bate (alumni and student) from any chapter, unless otherwise stated. Find details below on upcoming events. Bob Yeager, KY A ’74, has been named chief district engineer for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet District 6 office in Covington. Most recently, he has been serving in the acting CDE capacity. Yeager began his career with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet in 1975.

He earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Kentucky. Read the news article for more information.

The Association of Old Crows is hosting a webinar on Thursday, February 2, entitled “Wideband Frequency Conversion and Characterization.” The presenter for this webinar is William H. Weedon, Ph.D. (MA E ’89), president, CEO, & founder of Applied Radar Inc., and Quonset Technology LLC. In these roles, he assumes “the role of engineering manager and principal investigator on numerous government and commercially funded R&D projects.”
