Fellowship Deadline, Citizen of the Year, & Alumni Events (Feb. 2017)

The deadline to complete and submit your Tau Beta Pi Fellowship application is Wednesday, February 1, at 11:59 p.m. The deadline to have both letters of recommendation submitted is Wednesday, February 8, at 11:59 p.m. For more information, visit the Fellowship landing page.

Recipients of the 84th year of the TBP Fellowship Program will be announced in May. Good luck!

W. Kent Fuchs, Ph.D. (NY D ’77), was recently named Citizen of the Year by the Gainesville Area Chamber of Commerce. Dr. Fuchs is the University of Florida (UF) President and is receiving the award “in recognition of UF’s Strategic Development Plan, which is the university’s goals to work with the city to improve areas on and off campus.”
