Engineers Week 2017 takes place from February 19-25. On the campus of Iowa State University (ISU), the week will include networking, entertainment, and outreach for the College of Engineering. This year’s co-presidents of ISU’s E-Week in charge of planning teams are Natalie A. Hanson, IA A 2017, and Grace M. Rapp, IA A 2018.
The pair were recently interviewed in a news article in which they discussed their involvement and favorite activities of E-Week. Both attributed their interest in the event to Cody J. Hancock, IA A 2016, a former student leader of the ISU Student Engagement Committee. The Pi Mile Run, co-hosted by the IA Alpha Chapter of Tau Beta Pi, was also discussed as a successful event with 80+ runners and free pie.
