In the month of April, there will be two Tau Beta Pi Alumni Chapter installations. On April 19, in Freehold, New Jersey, the Central Jersey Alumni Chapter will be installed during a dinner event. In addition, TBP Executive Councillor J.P. Blackford, DC G ’95, will be on hand and the award-winning all girls FIRST Robotics team will present their current project to attendees.
In Austin, Texas, on April 29, the Central Texas Alumni Chapter will be installed during a lunch event. TBP Executive Director Curtis Gomulinksi, MI E ’01, will be on hand to officially install the chapter and to provide updates on the Association. Tau Beta Pi has committed to being a Titanium sponsor and booth participant at the 2018 USA Science & Engineering Festival in Washington, DC, April 6-8. This is the fifth Festival and the largest celebration of STEM in the United States. The Expo event is free and open to the public.
The Association has proudly participated in the previous four Festivals. Make plans to join us for a fun and challenging hands-on activity at our booth. You can also learn about Tau Beta Pi and meet local collegiate members, Headquarters staff, and Executive Councillors.
