On October 13 in Dearborn, MI, the Association’s annual Graduate School & Corporate Recruiting Fair will take place at The Edward hotel. This event is free and open to all Tau Beta Pi members. We encourage all of those within driving distance to join us. If you are too far away, you can submit a zip folder of resumes for your chapter members. The Virginia Epsilon Chapter of Tau Beta Pi at Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) is raising money for a new Bent monument for their campus to commemorate the 15-year anniversary of the chapter’s installation into Tau Beta Pi on March 1, 2003.
At the chapter’s first business meeting of the fall term, a discussion was had regarding a study room service to be provided on campus and other outreach opportunities. Visit the chapter’s Facebook page for more information, images, and videos from chapter activities.

The Marconi Society has announced its class of four 2017 Paul Baran Young Scholars. Young Scholar candidates are nominated by their academic advisors. Winners are selected by an international panel comprised of engineers from leading universities and companies. Read the announcement for bio information on each scholar.
