The University of Central Florida (UCF) and its Board of Trustees has selected A. Dale Whittaker, Ph.D. (TX D ’83), as president-elect and will be confirmed by the Florida Board of Governors. Dr. Whittaker is currently the provost and executive vice president at UCF.
He will replace the current UCF president, John Hitt, who plans to retire June 30, 2018. Read this article for more biographical information on the next president at UCF.
