On the weekend of April 6-8, there will be seven Tau Beta Pi District Conferences taking place across the country. There will be opportunities to meet TBP student members gathered in Brookings/South Dakota, Hartford/Connecticut, Miami/Florida, Mobile/Alabama, and South Bend/Indiana.

The 5th USA Science & Engineering Festival takes place this weekend (April 7-8) in Washington, D.C., at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. Tau Beta Pi is a sponsor and will host booth number #1338 in Hall A.
Tau Beta Pi will present a hands-on activity module related to aerospace engineering and airplanes. Attendees will have the opportunity to take part in several activities, interact with local engineering students, and talk to TBP Headquarters staff about Association programs such as K-12 MindSET. Special thanks to Stephanie C. TerMaath, Ph.D. (PA B ’93), and several of her students for working to develop this module specifically for the Festival.

The Brown University Department of Undergraduate Group is partnering with the Rhode Island Alpha Chapter of Tau Beta Pi to host the first ever Brown Engineering Networking and Career Orientation Brunch.
The event is scheduled to take place in the Hazeltine Commons of the Engineering Research Center on Saturday, April 14, from 11am to 1pm. The event aims to connect Brown undergraduates with Brown alumni. Read the invitation letter for more details.
