The College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) has announced the 2018 Google Cloud Academic All-District® Baseball teams, including Division I, II, III, and college division. All First Team Academic All-District selections advance to the national Capital One Academic All-American ballot.
There are four Tau Beta Pi members, and two elected for membership, that have been named to the 2018 Academic All-District Baseball teams: (See the full list)

1. Matt G. Ball – NY U 2018, electrical engineering at U.S. Military Academy
2. Simon T. Whiteman – CT A 2019, chemical engineering at Yale University
NCAA Division II: First team (District 6)
Walter Pennington – CO A 2019, mechanical engineering at Colorado School of Mines (elected)
NCAA Division III: First team (District 3)
Mike Arboleda – NY G 2019, biomedical engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute
NCAA Division III: First team (District 4)
Nicholas D’Allesandro – PA I 2018, chemical engineering at Widener University (elected)
NCAA Division III: First team (District 7)
Caleb R. Thomas – OH I 2019, mechanical engineering at Ohio Northern University
