Mississippi State University College of Engineering published a list of the 40 new members of the MS Alpha Chapter of Tau Beta Pi. The initiation took place on November 11, 2018, and included students representing all eight departments within the Bagley College of Engineering. The Chronicle of Higher Education posted a job listing for a cluster of five engineering and science faculty at Idaho State University. According to the post, ISU is looking for applicants “to participate in an interdisciplinary community of engineers and scientists focused on energy generation, distribution and security.”
Applicants from the fields of electrical engineering, computer engineering, cybersecurity, computer science and data science are encouraged to apply. The positions will be located at ISU’s campus in Idaho Falls which is adjacent to the Idaho National Laboratory. Applications received by January 15, 2019, will be given full consideration.
