Jennifer S. Wayne, Ph.D. (VA B ’83), has been appointed head of Virginia Tech’s department of biomedical engineering and mechanics. Currently, Dr. Wayne is a faculty member in the department of biomedical engineering and orthopaedic surgery at Virginia Commonwealth University.
She will start her new position on August 10, 2018. Read the news announcement for more information on Dr. Wayne, who has spent several years as an advisor to the Virginia Epsilon Chapter of Tau Beta Pi.
