Pi Day STEM event, New CTO, & Alumni Chapter Party

Meadow Glens Elementary School in Naperville, IL, is hosting a STEM Discovery Night on Pi Day – 3.14.16 – Monday, March 14, 2016. Last year’s event was heralded as the first-of-its-kind in the school district at the K-8 level, and they were thrilled by the large audience, terrific reviews, and the attention of many surrounding communities and school districts.

This year’s event is looking for more sponsors and exhibitors. David Preissig, P.E., IA A ’95, is the STEM Night coordinator for the expo-style event with displays and demonstrations from many STEM disciplines, which are provided by our region’s scientific and engineering community.
